ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Duly filled in 'Registration cum Admission Form' along with the registration fees (i.e. Rs.500/- to indian Candidates and Rs.1000/- to foreign candidate) and attested copy to eligibility documents shall be submitted at ARKVAN-NEXSOFTT office. The regitration feeshas to be paid by Demand Draft, drawn in favour of ARKVAN-NEXSOFTT, payable at NEW DELHI.

'Registration cum Admission Form' sent by post along with registratio fee are scrutinized for eligibility. After preliminary screening of documents, selected candidate has to appear for personal interview, (the date date will be intimated to the candidate after successful screening). in case for our MBA course, candidate who have appear in the entrance test conducted by any state/GMAT/CAT/MAT for MBA will also be considered for admission. Such candidates may apply directly with the copy of result of entrance test given.

A Merit list would be prepared on the basis of interview. Successful candidates will be informed to submit the demand draft of admission fee i.e. the first semester fee drawn in favour of "ARKVAN-NEXSOFTT" payable at DELHI.

INSTRUTION TO FILLING UP THE ADMISSION FORM

• Admission form should be filled in English only.
• Admission will be given subject to the eligiblity of the candidate.
• Name of the candidate and address to which communication to be sent should be filled in block letter.
• Passport size photo should be affixed in application and duly attested by gazetted officer
• The fee must be pay through demand draft in favour of 'ARKVAN-NEXSOFTT' payable at NEW DELHI.

• Graduation Marks Sheet
• Degree Certification / Provisional Degree Certificates
• Migration / Transfer Certificate

• Candidates from UGC recognized universities can apply for the course. Unless otherwise decided by the university to exclude, gradution examination conduted by national and international recognized universities are considered for the purpose of the admission to this program. The decision of the university will be final and binding.
• Application complete in all respect should be submitted in ARKVAN-NEXSOFTT office only.
• On the reverse side of the demand draft, the following partculars need to the written for proper accounting:
  
    Name of the candidate with contact No.
    Name of the program
    Semester


• Candidates are required to submit original documents of the certificates along with their photocopies duly attested by gazetted officer / Director of ARKVAN-NEXSOFTT only.
• Application Forms incomplete in any respect and without the requisite fee will be rejected and admission if granted on false information provided by the candidate will be cancelled.
• Application Forms recieved after the last date specified will not be entertained.
• The university reserves the right to make any changes to the courses stucture, fee structure etc.
• Students once admitted in the courses cannot take transfer to any college expect for extreme circumstances. Such decisions shall be jointly taken by ARKVAN-NEXSOFTT and University.
• For all legal matters the jurisdiction is resticted to the court Triinelveli only.
• Fee once submitted in favour of unversity is not refundable under any circumstances.
